The zoning is flexible, and the lands are not within the ALR. WLIB is willing to entertain discussions about a variety of business relationships, from short-term tenancies, to longer-term tenures, to limited partnerships.

The highway commercial areas are ideal for a variety of business uses, including automobile dealerships, professional offices, restaurants and retail outlets.
